A Council Budapest VI., Benczúr utcai épületén belül a recepció, a könyvtár és oktató rész lett átalakítva 300 négyzetméter alapterületen. Fő célkitűzés volt a hivatalos jelleg megszüntetése, valamint egy tiszta, áttekinthető alaprajz létrehozása, mely szabad átjárást teremt a különböző funkciók között.

Használhatóságát az új térszervezés hozza létre. A nyitott, átlátható tér egyedi jellegét számos egyedi bútor és installációs elem erősíti – plazma-tévé és információs felület, egyedi internetes üveg felület, internetező padsor stb.
